There was an email sent on 9/27 regarding interest rates going up, and requesting a lock but that was ignored until a week before closing 10/15. Granted we could have pressured more and called, but under her advice, waiting cost us $200 a month. That was the only down side. In the future, we will lock the rate immediately at the start.

What made my experience working with Michelle great is that she is on top of her game and all facets of the lending business. She is very knowledgeable and advised me on the proper steps to take to save money, and made sure that my refinance/purchase was both cost effective and done properly. She referred me to vendors/business partners such as insurance specialist, and energy efficient contacts, and gave me guidance and great advice. Michelle basically helped me clean up my finances and I am now debt free. She is simply put a very sharp and professional business woman.
