I've had a great experience working with Michelle for my first home. Michelle is the most competent loan officer. She is professional, knowledgeable, reliable and responds promptly. Not only she is competent, but also she is very friendly. She always provided explanations in detail and kept me posted with the loan process. Even after the close of escrow, she didn't forget to follow up on how I am doing and asked how my moving went. I highly recommend Michelle to anyone, that I already recommended her to my co-worker who is looking to buy a house.
