Two awesome things about her (although they are more) - “professional” (very good at what she does), and “patient”. She was the one who helped us when we bought the house 4 1/2 years ago, and we had a great experience with her, so when my husband and I had decided to refinance the house, we didn’t have to think twice about who to contact- Michelle. Michelle goes above and beyond. She will spend time explaining all the options available and keep you updated as to how the financing and closing are proceeding.
