What made my experience working with Michelle great is that she is on top of her game and all facets of the lending business. She is very knowledgeable and advised me on the proper steps to take to save money, and made sure that my refinance/purchase was both cost effective and done properly. She referred me to vendors/business partners such as insurance specialist, and energy efficient contacts, and gave me guidance and great advice. Michelle basically helped me clean up my finances and I am now debt free. She is simply put a very sharp and professional business woman. I've had a great experience working with Michelle for my first home. Michelle is the most competent loan officer. She is professional, knowledgeable, reliable and responds promptly. Not only she is competent, but also she is very friendly. She always provided explanations in detail and kept me posted with the loan process. Even after the close of escrow, she didn't forget to follow up on how I am doing and asked how my moving went. I highly recommend Michelle to anyone, that I already recommended her to my co-worker who is looking to buy a house.
